The five features of Elite Support include:

Certified Technicians

Elite Support promises a higher-level technician and assesses techs using a superior grading scale. All technicians at TCC maintain a thorough understanding of all vehicle equipment and they continue to undergo quarterly training by our industry-leading technical trainers at our on-site training center, to stay up-to-date on the newest technology and systems.

Parts Availability

Every TCC location follows a data-driven stocking program, that helps us estimate the demand for parts at each location, so we can have a wide selection of parts for replacement. All our locations are within a day’s drive of at least one fully-stocked parts warehouse and we’ve invested over $10 million in parts inventory across our dealer network. We strive to ensure you never have to wait long for the parts you need.

Continuous Improvement

At Truck Center Companies, we believe that good just isn’t good enough, and we demonstrate that by committing to continuous improvement every single day. Each of our locations is staffed with a Continuous Improvement Coordinator (CIC) whose mission is to ensure that we are always meeting the Elite Support standard of excellence.
