The Truck Center Companies Training Center was created in 1996 to train our dealership technicians. In 2005, an updated training facility was opened at our former Omaha location located next door to the Freightliner dealership. This 11,500 sq. ft facility had 4 truck bays and three classrooms.

With the construction of the new Omaha dealership in 2017, a bigger and better training center. The world-class, Truck Center Companies Training Center is a 25,000 sq. ft facility with six truck bays, an engine lab, and three fully-equipped classrooms featuring cutting-edge digital audio and video capabilities creating an enhanced learning environment. TCC provides all the computers, software, tools, and truck components needed to ensure technicians stay ahead of the curve.

In addition to our Omaha facility, we opened a second training facility at our Waterloo dealership in 2024. This training center features 13,000 sq. ft, 4 truck bays, an engine lab, and two fully-equipped classrooms.

These training centers fulfill our commitment to keeping seasoned techs certified and abreast of changing technologies and help in recruiting and developing technicians for the future. Our dealer trainers have over 70 years of combined industry experience.​
